The Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Donetsk People’s Republic documents Ukraine’s violations of the rights of Donbass residents, including the right to life, security, personal inviolability and freedom of movement, the press service of the Human Rights Commissioner reports. Between January 1 and October 9, 2020, more than 30 civilians, including six children and eleven women, have been injured or have suffered traumas of various degrees of severity in the Donetsk People’s Republic as a result of the armed aggression of Ukraine. For the same period, five civilians have died as a result of the armed aggression of Ukraine in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
