The Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Donetsk People's Republic continues to register Ukraine’s violations of the rights of Donbass residents, including the right to life, security and safety, personal inviolability and freedom of movement. From 6 to 12 March, according to official sources, one civilian and one military of the Republic were wounded as a result of the AFU shelling. During this period, four military of the Republic were killed in the DPR territory by the AFU shelling. Also this week, another DPR defender died as a result of a recent bullet wound to the head. It should be noted that 4,977 people, including 90 children, have been killed in the Donetsk People's Republic since the beginning of the armed conflict. The DPR Human Rights Ombudsman continues to receive officially confirmed information about the people who have suffered injuries since the outburst of the conflict.
